Change of mind
Please note Lockstraps Australia do not accept refunds for change of mind. We will gladly exchange, but do not refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Photo proof is required.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your claim, and let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.

Australian Domestic Orders
Please note, we do not ship outside Australia.
All items are posted via regular mail with Australia Post. Postage cost of $9.95. Any additional items will incur a charge of $9.95 due to the extra weight.
Orders are generally despatched within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse in Windsor NSW 2756.
Due to the current impact of COVID-19, there may be delays with shipping times.
Lockstraps Australia will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to be left unattended as opted by the purchaser.
